Internet redundancy is vital for broadcast peace of mind. We deploy bonded cellular broadcast encoders combining multiple cellular modems (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) alongside venue hardwired ethernet and satellite backups (such as Starlink). If one network provider dips or drops, traffic packets seamlessly route through the remaining connections with zero disruption to the viewer.

Yes. We routinely produce hybrid broadcasts where in-person keynotes interact seamlessly with remote speakers dialling in from anywhere in the world. We handle low-latency video return feeds, dedicated audio mix-minus (to prevent echo), and backchannel communication with remote talent before putting them live on air.

A Fly Pack is a complete, self-contained television control room packaged into rugged, flight-ready shock-mount cases. Unlike large Outside Broadcast (OB) trucks, fly packs can be wheeled into elevator doors, hotel ballrooms, arenas, or office boardrooms right next to the event floor. This eliminates expensive street parking permits, miles of heavy cable runs, and venue restrictions.

Setup time depends on the camera count and room complexity:

• Compact 2-to-4 camera setup: Approximately 2 to 3 hours.
• Full-scale arena or multi-camera broadcast: Typically 4 to 6 hours, usually scheduled the day prior to allow for comprehensive technical checks, audio tuning, and presenter rehearsals.
• Strike / Pack-down: Most systems can be struck and loaded out within 1.5 to 2.5 hours following show wrap.

Yes. Our switchers provide dedicated auxiliary outputs for in-room IMAG (Image Magnification) LED walls and confidence monitors. We can send a clean, zero-latency feed without lower-third graphics to in-room screens while simultaneously broadcasting the full graphics-rich program feed to your live streaming audience.

Yes. In addition to recording the live switched Program (PGM) cut with master graphics and audio, our recording decks capture isolated (ISO) feeds of each camera angle in high-bitrate ProRes or broadcast MP4. This allows for seamless re-editing, highlight reels, and archival preservation.

The master Program recording can be handed off immediately following your event on client-provided USB 3.0 / NVMe hard drives, or uploaded to our secure high-speed cloud portal within hours of completion. If you need edited highlight sizzle reels, social media cutdowns, or closed-captioned master files, our post-production team can deliver them within your requested timeframe.
